Terms and Conditions for Seven Baskets Financial Coaching

Welcome to Seven Baskets Financial (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services and programs. By engaging with our services, booking coaching sessions, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Coaching Services Disclaimer

Seven Baskets Financial provides educational and coaching services related to personal finance, budgeting, and stewardship. We do not offer financial advisory services, investment advice, legal counsel, or accounting services. All coaching sessions are for informational and developmental purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Our role is to guide, educate, and support—not to make decisions on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with our services, you affirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age;

Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

Are not using our coaching in violation of any laws or regulations.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system.

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in advance whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to the coaching session or program start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Any discounts or promotional offers are valid only during the specified promotional window.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

Be honest and open during coaching sessions;

Take full ownership of your actions and decisions;

Show up on time and ready to participate.

Coaching works when you do. We provide guidance and frameworks, but your transformation depends on your willingness to implement what you learn.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any information you share during sessions will remain confidential, unless:

Required by law;

You provide written consent to share;

There is risk of harm to yourself or others.

We may use anonymized case studies in future teachings, with all personally identifying details removed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, worksheets, and frameworks provided by Seven Baskets Financial are the intellectual property of our organization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any material without written permission.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive to help you improve your financial literacy and decision-making, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on each individual’s effort, follow-through, and circumstances.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any coaching relationship if:

A client acts inappropriately or abusively;

A client breaches these Terms;

It becomes clear the client is not a good fit for our coaching framework.

In such cases, unused session fees may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Seven Baskets Financial operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
